The TEDDY AWARD honors movies in the sections: Best Feature Film, Best Documentary/Essay Film as well as Best Short Film. The Special TEDDY AWARD for outstanding artistic lifetime achievements The TEDDY AWARD Ceremony will be held as part of the 63 rd Berlin International Film Festival on Friday, 15th February, 2013. The presentation of the award will take place at Station Berlin, a charming venue at a former freight depot, close to the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.

This year, the TEDDY foundation launches the TEDDY PHOTO AWARD. In the framework of the International BROWSE PHOTO FESTIVAL from June 02 - June 30,2012 the TEDDY PHOTO AWARD will be awarded for the first time on June 22, 2012 in Berlin. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES is June 12, 2012
